Meet Gina Kimiza Tan, Founder & CEO
Born in Singapore, Kim launched her first business at 18 — a fitness brand she scaled to six figures, growing her audience from 5k to 12.5k in 6 months, and partnering with global brands like Brainzyme, Trec Nutrition, and MyProtein.
After receiving an MBA Entrepreneur Scholarship at ESCP, she moved to London and New York and founded FUA Collective, helping brands scale through AI-enabled, market-specific marketing strategies.
She later launched Utopia, a B2B partnership network that accelerates growth through warm introductions and collaborations, and writes The 1% Stack, a weekly newsletter on AI and growth systems.
